Refund Policy

We at Rooting Deep LLC want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products & Online Programs

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you decide that this product is not the right fit for you, you may request a refund within 60 days of purchase.

​

This product is a digital offering and access is granted immediately upon purchase.

​

Refund requests must be submitted via email within the 60-day period and are available to first-time purchasers only. 

​By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own engagement and implementation of the practices shared.

2. Coaching Sessions & Live Programs

For coaching sessions, mentoring, and live programs:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled.

  • Missed sessions or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.

  • Once a coaching program has started, refunds are generally not provided, unless required by law.

3. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted via email to:

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase

If purchased through Digistore24, refunds are processed through Digistore24 according to their payment processing timelines.

4. Exclusions

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Fully completed programs

  • Services that have already been fully delivered

  • Digital products that have been fully accessed or downloaded

This does not affect your statutory rights.
